Vocal Balance is a yogic approach to singing and verbalisation.

Through her experience and 27 year journey as a trained singer and meditator - Emma Bathgate enables others to connect & fully engage with their own vocal journeys.

The workshops draw on mindfulness techniques, body awareness and voice activation - empowering each participant to enter at their own pace. 

Working at a gentle pace - to build confidence - Emma allows each person to become familiar with their own unique voice. The workshops will enable participants to strengthen speaking, diction, singing & vocalising. Bringing more joy & calm to day to day life, work & natural expression that we all need.

This workshop is a must for those facing challenges with their own voices. And in particular for people using their voices in all manner of situations - from day to day communication, teaching and public speaking. They will provide participants with a strong tool kit to maintain and build their own vocal health.
